Moïse Tshibangila
Co-founder & Chairman
Moïse has over 18 years’ experience in telecommunications across six African markets. He has spent 9 years as an entrepreneur in DRC and Congo Brazzaville and is the Founder and Chairman of Nova Technologies Sarl. Moïse previously served as TowerCo Project Manager at Helios Towers DRC, Senior Datacom Engineer at Huawei across multiple African countries, and Head of Operations at Apalia 24, bringing strong technical and operational leadership experience across the region.

Chief Executif Officer
Gloria Wani has over 10 years of experience in commercial management, logistics, and administration in the DRC. Chief Executive Officer of Nova Technologies SARL, a position she has held since January 2026, after serving as Commercial Director since February 2023. Gloria previously worked as Export and Collections Officer for Eastern DRC at Bolloré and as Administrative Assistant at WBP World Botanical Products. She brings strong expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, credit management, client relations, financial reporting, and team coordination, with proven leadership in commercial operations
