Case Study 4: Sustainable Energy Solutions Deployment (Solar & Hybrid)

Renewable Energy Engineering & Critical Power Infrastructure
Client(s): Towerco of Africa, Eastcastle, Oxfam, Liquid Intelligent Technologies
Scale / Volume: 55 Energy Sites installed / 192+ Solar Panels deployed
Project Duration: 2 to 4 Weeks (per phase)
Mobilized Workforce: 15 to 30 Power Engineering Experts
Scope
Procurement, secure transport, and complete installation of power systems: 192 solar panels for TOA, solar-powered water pumps for Oxfam (Kalemie), and complete hybrid systems for Liquid Intelligent Technologies.
Challenge
Safely transporting fragile solar components and storage equipment to remote and landlocked regions (e.g., Kalemie, Baraka) and installing complex hybrid systems requiring seamless synchronization between battery storage and AC/DC power distribution.
Execution
Complete end-to-end logistics management. Mobilization of renewable energy engineers to handle excavation, heavy-gauge power cabling, and the configuration of hybrid charge controllers.
Result
Achieved an immediate reduction in carbon footprint and fuel dependency for telecom operators, while providing sustainable access to clean drinking water for local communities via autonomous solar pumping systems.
